Elegant, wonderful retreat

BY CCAWASHDC

Talbot County, Maryland

Stayed 4 nights and loved every moment. View was mesmerizing, hosts were wonderful, food was superb and room was lovely. Michael and Millie were fantastic and so helpful. Love the breakfasts, especially the Venetian breakfast and the ricotta lemon pancakes. We found this a perfect location for enjoying the island. Simply superb!!!! This is a must stay location.

A Very Special Place

BY thaboran

British Columbia

The Stone House B&B is a very luxurious place to stay. It has all the comforts of any 5 star hotel but in addition to that, one is surrounded by the tranquility of nature and eclectic art. From the spectacular view of Ganges Inlet to the eerie forms of the stone circle, it all combines to give one a sense of peace…

Just perfect!

Wow wow wow… whatever we write here will fall short of what we actually experienced. Anyhow, not writing a review seems a bigger crime, so here we go. On our roundtrip of 2,5 weeks through British Columbia, this was truly the best we experienced.

A dream come true!

This is one of the best properties we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. I want to go back already and I never wanted to leave. First, the location is nothing short of magnificent. On the water with views to die for. And the outdoor fire pit in the evenings is so magical in the center of the stone towers (think Stonehenge) as the sun sets and you have to pinch yourself that this is for real. Pure beauty abounds…

Grace and Grandeur

Castlegar, Canada

This wonderful property inspires the artist within each of us with a preponderance of beautiful art throughout the grounds and inside the premises. The thoughtfulness of the hosts is matched by the beauty of the surroundings and the comfort of each room. Conveniently close to Ganges but far enough away to enjoy total peace and quiet, you can stare at the stars from the hot tub or watch float planes land in the harbour and get lost in your relaxed state. Pictures don’t do it justice – you have to see it for yourself. We are really glad we did, and we’ll be back, especially for the Sunday eggs benedict!
