Hilary Watson is from Vancouver and has lived on Salt Spring Island for 22 years where she worked as a legal assistant and raised her two children. Her husband John Lefebvre is from Calgary and has lived on Salt Spring 13 years. They met on Salt Spring and fell in love in 2006 then married in 2014. Hilary studies and practices compassion, non-violent communication and openness with the experience of mortality.
